Alpha Alternatives Financial Pvt Ltd is a financial consultancy firm that assists customers in connecting with partner Banks and NBFCs for various loan products. We ourselves do not provide any loan or credit directly to customers.

In case you wish to cancel any paid consultancy or assistance service, please notify us in writing through our official contact channels within 24 hours of making the payment or agreeing to our terms. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund, subject to the nature of services already rendered.

Refunds, if applicable under this policy, will be processed within 2–4 weeks in accordance with standard Indian banking procedures. The refund amount (if any) will be credited to the original payment method used by you. Please note that any applicable payment gateway charges or bank charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Alpha Alternatives Financial Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service request at its sole discretion. We may also require additional verification or information before processing any request. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable information may lead to rejection of the service request at any stage.
